1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, name), data you enter into the platform (student profiles, essays, documents), and automatically collected technical data (IP address, browser type, usage patterns).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and improve the ApplyFlow CRM service, including AI-powered essay evaluation, student tracking, and admission management. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and bot mitigation.

4. AI Processing

Essay content submitted for AI evaluation is processed through third-party AI providers (Groq/Meta Llama). We do not use your essay content to train AI models. AI-generated feedback is stored alongside your submission for your reference.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data or request account deletion by contacting us at hello@applyflow.io.
