2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with unauthorized users. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use ApplyFlow CRM for lawful purposes related to education management, admissions tracking, and essay evaluation. You may not use the platform to submit illegal content, spam, or attempt to compromise system security.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI essay feedback is provided as a supplementary tool and should not be considered a substitute for professional academic evaluation. ApplyFlow does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated scores or feedback.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support.
